Clients’ participation in writing a mediation agreement
The video data come from mediation in criminal and civil cases in Finland. The excerpt is from mediation in an assault case. Two mediators and two clients are formulating the written mediation agreement. I am interested in how the clients come to contribute (or not) to the agreement text. The transcript is in Finnish with English translation.
