Data session: 3rd December, Liz Peel: Negotiating outdoor spaces with canine companions

Session details: This data session focuses on human’s navigating outdoor spaces with their canine companions, specifically whilst dog walking and during the popular Saturday morning community running experience Parkrun. I am interested more broadly in the phenomena of ‘dog facilitated social interaction’ and it is under this umbrella these data can be considered. The behaviour of the dog/s in question could be labelled as problematic and/or reactive, and the owner appears sensitised to this.
