Session details: We will explore an interaction that takes place between a hairdresser and a customer. The customer is getting her hair done and does not want the hairdresser’s assistant to finish the job. The conflict that follows this disagreement escalates into the customer hitting the hairdresser after which she is asked to leave the hair salon. Data is American English.
